BOOKCLUBS! Give Me A Call
These are the wonderful women who invited me down to their monthly bookclub meeting in Dickson, TN. Great fun and great food. And the best part, I have great new friends! Renee, the woman to my left (the one in the turquoise blue sweater) set the whole thing up — many, many thanks Renee.
So sorry I have been out of touch. I am desperately trying to finish book #2 and if I stay on schedule (and quit checking my email) I should have it done by the middle of June. But, I wanted to stop for a minute and invite all of you readers in a bookclub to drop me a line. If you’re reading Looking for Salvation at the Dairy Queen I’d be happy to phone in and join the fun. Okay, even if you’re reading another book, I’ll still phone in!

Just want to write in and say what an awesome book - Sad but ture, I am not a reader. Love to look at books in the store, even buy them, start them and never finish them - I bought this book and could not put it down! ! What a great book and so enjoyable to read. Can’t wait for #2! ! !
Got me reading,

Ok, here’s a book club and we’re calling!
I’ve had all the stuff ready to make a few signs to get the club started, but then end of school started….ok, I procrastinated, but it is summer and it is hot and I want to sit in the A/C and re-read your book!
Let me know when would be a convenient day (if there such a thing with your schedule) to come to MJ Dairy Queen and share some thoughts, stories and a few hand dipped dillies! I’ll get going on the club-and wait to hear from you!

whoops, just reread your blog and you said you would phone in. That would be good too, but I don’t think the ice cream will be as well received-
